How do I see a payment on my Call Center VoIP billing history?
You can view and print your billing history from the Billing Portal.
1. Go to your account, on the top menu click on My VoIP Account Portal or Login to Your VoIP Account and enter your username and password.
2. Click on Billing History.
3. Right click on your browser and select Print this Page to print your entire billing history or change the dates and print for a specific date.
