How do I setup my SIP trunk carrier for inbound/outbound calling?

We authenticate IP-PBX SIP Trunking traffic by the two common methods:

1- Digest Authentication (Username and SIP password) and 2- IP Authentication (IP address)

After you decide which dialing platform to use (Vicidial, Goautodial) you will need to establish a SIP trunk with our US proxy server and input your IP address into our portal or register your switch with us.

Setup your CallerID on X-Lite, Zoiper free Softphone

In this article we would like to explain how to setup the CallerID on Zoiper, X-Lite and Eyebeam softphone or it’s new Bria version.

Sometimes you want your callee to see your business phone number when you call them. You can use the same concept for any softphone like Eyebeam Bria or X-Lite and the CallerID will display perfectly.

How to setup your CallerID, step by step instructions

Open your Xlite/Eyebeam or Zoiper soft-phone within the “Account Settings” tab fill in the fields as explained below:

  1. First go to the Dashboard: You will find the Username for Xlite/Eyebeam/Zoiper on the upper right side. 
  2. Display Name: Enter your Agent’s Name in this field or leave Empty.
  3. Username: The username field is also used to input the CallerID. Enter your Switch2VoIP Username here or if you want to display your CallerID enter your phone number here.

How to Use SIPDialer Free Auto Dialer

Follow these easy steps to start making calls with your SIPDialer Free power Dialer.

1- Login to the SIPDialer interface using your credentials. If you still don’t have your username and password request it from your account manager.

2- Click on Admin to manage your Agents and Leads

When you click on the Admin panel you will find the links to upload leads and create new users.

2- Upload leads: Click on Browse and upload your data file.
(See screenshot below for correct data format before uploading)

The following screenshot is a sample of how the data should be formatted in order to be uploaded to the dialer, please check how the columns are organized.

3- Create user agents:

Very Important: Before your agents login to the dialer please make sure your Xlite or Eyebeam is open and ready to take calls configured with your VoIP account.
